CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your service. This deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable 1 time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be pushed for a future appointment. If we reschedule and push your deposit to a future appointment and you need to cancel or reschedule your second appointment, you will be required to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please let me know so I can determine if we will need to reschedule.
