CANCELLATION POLICY

*Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your service, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment. *Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Any additional rescheduling requires a new deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit is required to book another appointment. *Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your service. If you anticipate arriving late, contact me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling if there is insufficient time to complete your service without delaying the next client. If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. *No-Shows If you have not arrived or contacted me within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total. Your existing 50% deposit will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file. By booking, you authorize this charge. Any outstanding no-show balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in being unable to book future services. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose to transfer your deposit to a new appointment or receive a full deposit refund. Changes initiated by me do not count toward your one permitted deposit transfer. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me provide each client with the attention their appointment deserves.
